Almost 5

Can you believe Munchkin is almost 5 months old!?!? Crazy how time flies!
Munchkin's new favorite game is to be thrown by daddy toward mom and all her funny faces. He get SO excited!
And he rocks more in the bouncer than he bounces in it :)
His sitting skills are fantastic! (sorry this is sideways) This was the first time he sat up on his own, and he did great too! Now, he is doing even better!

Valentine's Day was as fun as ever with this little boy! It would have been nearly impossible to find a sitter for the baby, so the Mr. took me out to lunch instead. We went to a Mongolian BBQ and loved it! Baby boy stayed asleep the entire time, allowing us some quality time together :) The Mr. gave me the BEST gift ever - his time :)

And baby wants to wish everyone a belated Happy Valentine's Day!

Sometimes I Forget . . .

. . . that all my friends and family don't already know all the new things the Munchkin learns. Whoops! Here's a little smidgen of what we are up to now!

But first, an adorable picture of Munchkin in an adorable outfit from Uncle Q and Aunt A:
So excited it was hard to get him to hold still for the picture.
Munchkin laughs quite a bit now - SO adorable. Unfortunately, we aren't quite sure what it is he is laughing at. So we get to hear it randomly throughout the day as he finds something humorous (see following pictures), but that makes it hard for sharing!
I also made some paper hearts for Valentines Day (and these awesome candles, if I do say so myself). We hung some of them from string and tied them to the heater vent on the ceiling. Munchkin LOVES it when the heater goes on and the hearts move! Almost more exciting than mom and dad!
We also started doing yoga in the mornings, it is quite interesting to do said exercise with a baby in hand. Then again, baby adds some extra weight to make the poses more intense (and Munchkin absolutely loves some of them - like the posses where I squat and lift him up and down - yeah, he loves that). He also gets excited (and sometimes laughs) when it is his turn for stretching:
He still loves taking his clothes off though:
And playing with daddy (sorry it is sideways):
He has learned to scoot around 360 degrees on his changing mat, take his binky out of his mouth (we're working on putting it back in, but he usually gets his hand instead), pull the link on one of his toys to make it play music, and lift his hips when he is sitting up so he scoots down the couch. He has also recently had a cold and some sort of sinus/flu/head cold thing that his immune system overcame (building it already! Take that germs!) - and he smiled through the sicknesses. And he loves to say "hi" to new faces (yes, generally just their faces, he loses interest after that). Oh, and he is starting to reach for things. Good thing he doesn't know how to roll over or crawl yet or I would be in major trouble with this energetic boy on my hands!
Before we say bye, here's one more video for your enjoyment! Sometimes Munchkin gets SO tired, he falls asleep wherever he is. And it is adorable!
